KVKK and Privacy Policy

1. Data Controller

This clarification text has been prepared by Günal Otomasyon ve Enerji LTD. ŞTİ. acting as the data controller in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("KVKK").

2. Processed Personal Data

Our website does not include a membership system. No user account is created for visitors. Only the following personal data is processed if the contact form is filled out on our site:

• Name and surname
• E-mail address
• Phone number (if any)
• Information included in the message content

No cookies are used on our website for analysis, advertising, or marketing purposes.

Log records of visitors are not kept by us. However, IP addresses and similar technical data may be recorded for a limited time by the technical infrastructure provider (hosting company) for system security purposes as required by law.

3. Purposes of Processing Personal Data

The collected personal data is processed for the purposes of:

• Responding to communication requests
• Sharing proposals and information
• Executing service processes
• Fulfilling legal obligations

• KVKK Art.5/2 (ç) – Fulfillment of legal obligation
• KVKK Art.5/2 (f) – Legitimate interest of the data controller

Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you have the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed
• To request information if it has been processed
• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used appropriately
• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad
• To request correction if it is processed incompletely or incorrectly
• To request its deletion or destruction within the framework of the conditions stipulated in the KVKK
