In this project realized at the Turkey facilities of Kurita, one of the world's leading manufacturers of water treatment and process chemicals, the production lines have been brought under full automation for management and monitoring.
Within the scope of the project, chemical dosing units, mixing tanks, and filling lines were integrated under a single centralized SCADA system. As a result, errors arising from manual operations were eliminated, the precise application of production recipes was guaranteed, and retrospective traceability was achieved.
